Corn and Broccoli Casserole

(If you are expecting a lager group of people, you can double the recipe)

1 can of Creamed Corn (160z)
1 package of frozen (chopped) Broccoli (thawed)
3 Tbsp. Melted butter or margarine
1 beaten egg
1 cup of Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1/2 tsp. Thyme
1/4 cup chopped Yellow Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese.

Combine in order in a bowl and pour in a greased casserole pan. Bake covered @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with cheese and bake uncovered for and additional 20 minutes.
