Bob's Guacamole (adapted from Martha Stewart Magazine July 2001)

2 Ripe Avocados
1 Clove Garlic
1 Jalapeno Pepper, minced
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed Lime Juice
1 tsp. coarse salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh Cilantro, chopped very fine

Pit and peel avocados. Combine avocado, fresh garlic, jalapeno, lime juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mash with a large metal spoon until combined but avocados are still chunky. Stir in cilantro and serve.
